The following steps will show you how to return your order:
1. click on the following link to request a return: Returns Form
2. fill in the top section of the form and attach it to your return. You can also fill in the bottom section and attach it to your parcel as a return label.
3. You can hand in and send your return at any Deutsche Post branch or DHL parcel shop. Please note, however, that we are currently unable to offer free returns (we are working on this). The costs for the return shipment are therefore to be borne by the customer. We ask for your understanding!
Please note: The return of an item is only possible if the item:
✓ is in an undamaged condition,
✓ has not been worn or used and
✓ is returned in its original packaging (intact jewellery pouch and Polaroid).
It would be great if you could also return your return in the original pack and filler so that we can reuse them and help protect the environment a little more. However, this is not a requirement for the return.
Once we have received your return, we will review it and refund the purchase amount to the payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 working days. Any additional costs incurred, such as duties & taxes, will not be refunded.
Please note: You are advised to keep the receipt of the parcel delivery to a parcel service until you have received your refund.
