Please note: The stated shipping times are the usual shipping times estimated by our shipping partner. There may be unforeseen circumstances (such as COVID-19), public holidays, strikes, postal or address errors or postal congestion that may delay delivery. Therefore, please be aware that Walkabout cannot guarantee the stated delivery time.
Please note - international deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to import duties or taxes. We ask for your understanding that these additional charges are levied by the respective country when crossing the border and therefore Walkabout cannot yet assume or refund them.
Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer a tracking option for the parcels. However, we are working on making this possible as soon as possible.

Once an order has been placed through our website, it cannot normally be cancelled. If you do not wish to keep your order, please see our returns policy below.
If a parcel cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned in the correct manner and will be liable for the original shipping costs. Walkabout accepts no responsibility for orders that are either deemed delivered or where delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully.
Return
We hope you are happy with your piece of Australia and feel the Australian lifestyle with Walkabout. If this is not the case, you can of course return your order to us for a full refund.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Jewellery ordered in the Sale is excluded from returns.
Please note that we are currently unable to offer free returns (but we are working on this). The costs for the return shipment are therefore to be borne by the customer. We ask for your understanding!
The following steps will show you how to return your order:
1. click on the following link to request a return: Returns Form
2. fill in the top section of the form and attach it to your return. You can also fill in the bottom section and attach it to your parcel as a return label.
3. You can hand in and send your return at any Deutsche Post branch or DHL parcel shop. Please note, however, that we are currently unable to offer free returns (we are working on this). The costs for the return shipment are therefore to be borne by the customer. We ask for your understanding!
Please note: The return of an item is only possible if the item:
- is in an undamaged condition,
- has not been worn or used and
- is returned in its original packaging (intact jewellery pouch and Polaroid).
(It would be great if you could also return your return in the original pack and filler so that we can reuse them and help protect the environment a little more. However, this is not a requirement for the return).
Once we have received your return, we will review it and refund the purchase amount to the payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 working days. Any additional costs incurred, such as duties & taxes, will not be refunded.
Please note: Products can only be returned in perfect and unworn condition in our original packaging. We recommend shipping with a tracking number as Walkabout cannot accept liability if the package is lost in transit. No freight collect parcels can be accepted. Any potential costs incurred must be borne by the customer. We will return unidentifiable returns to the sender.
You are advised to keep the receipt of the parcel delivery to a parcel service until you have received your refund.

For an exchange, you can return the order as indicated above and order the correct product on our website. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund your money within 14 working days.
If an item has been sent to you incorrectly or you have received the wrong item, you can contact our customer service directly via the contact form or by email at hello@walkaboutofficial.com. We will of course refund the cost of your item. We will of course exchange your item of jewellery free of charge.
